Common answers
- Cancel or manage your subscription: iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Glowmaxx. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore a purchase: open the plans screen in the app and tap “Restore purchases.”
- Move to a new phone: sign in (Settings → Account) on the old phone if you haven’t, then sign in on the new one — your record follows your account. Photos stay on the original device by design.
- Delete your data: Settings → Delete everything (this device) or Settings → Account → Delete account (our servers too). Both are immediate and irreversible.
- Change language: Settings → Language — Automatic, English, or Español.
